The Better Experience Bureau at Optimal Workshop brings together the functions of customer success, team happiness, and community management with the goal of treating all parties, customers, team, and the various communities we’re a part of with equal priority. It’s a balance, as everything is, and we’re still learning through such varied activities as researching researchers, hosting events big and small, and making vegetable juice. This presentation will be an informal session with a little storytelling and Q&A about how we run our design, discovery and development process.
