What is it:
GovJam is 48 hours to design for the public good. In the two days of the event members, of the public service and private practices sectors will get together to try to define, and find and build solutions to really difficult problems facing large populations across Canada and the world.

The goal is to have a great time while learning how to rapidly identify problems, come up with solutions, and test them to find out if they really might work, without getting bogged down with politics, process and what can’t happen.

Who’s it for:
GovJam is for anyone interested in having fun while working with other like minded people to address big and tricky problems. Everyone is welcome: designers, developers, teachers, scientists, researchers, policy analysts, marketers, managers, business administrators, engineers… all they need is a desire to learn and have fun!
