We must ensure innovation is captured when it occurs, and that the potential benefits of innovative ideas are fully realized. Success in innovation requires intent, and it begins with you. There are a wealth of great tools and techniques that can help you to innovate, but if you cannot recognize innovation when it occurs, and if you don’t know what to do once you find it, they will never they deliver to their full potential. They may not deliver at all.
In this session George Watt, co-author of “The Innovative CIO“, will disclose some techniques to help you build a personal foundation for making innovation intentional, and share some of the lessons he learned as a successful innovator.
