Abstract:
With less and less time devoted to upfront product design, sketching is becoming an essential skill within most software development teams. In this talk, you will learn why it’s important to sketch products before you build them, learn about the different kinds of sketches that are available to the team, understand when you should use sketching in the design and development process, be exposed to a few strategies for producing better products through sketches, and discover how sketches can be incorporated into product verification.
This talk is designed for individuals who are involved in the design and development of software products and includes product managers, business analysts, development managers, software developers, software designers, software architects, user interface designers, information architects, usability engineers, user needs assessment specialists, and quality assurance specialists.
