Flash CS4: A Guided Tour
Join Julian as he takes you through a guided tour of all the new features in Flash CS4. From Pixel Bender Shader Language, new 3D transformations, to the new Sound and Drawing API’s, Julian will explore the new opportunities that these features have given us. No prior knowledge of Flash is required for this session.
Bio
Julian Dolce is Director of Creative Technologies with Fuel Industries in Ottawa, a company specializing in online branded entertainment that focuses on creating immersive and engaging web experiences for its clients and their customers. As a valuable contributor to Fuel Industries’ successes, Julian directs his team to remain on the cutting edge of new design technologies in order to create the most original Flash and Silverlight Applications. In April 2008 Fuel help launch McDonald’s first Digital Happy Meal Toy, with 81 million units in 30+ countries in Europe.
When and Where:
This event will take place on December 16, 7-9 pm at The Code Factory, located at 246 Queen Street, between Bank and Kent, (on the second floor) above the Green Papaya Restaurant.
Street parking is available at no cost after 6 pm.
Note: there is no cost for attending this event and prior registration is not required. Light snacks and refreshments will be served. An informal social gathering will follow at a nearby pub.
