What?

Please join us for our last meeting of the season.

We will begin with our annual meeting in which we will briefly review the activities and finances from this year, and make plans for next year. We are seeking volunteers to get involved next year. Contact Andrew Patrick (andrew@capchi.org) if you are interested.

Our second activity will be four brief presentations highlighting student projects and research from the past year. Details about the presentations are included below.

Our final activity will be a social event at a local pub. Come out and wind down the year with old friends and new. Details to follow...

Where and When?

This event will take place on Wednesday June 11, 2008, 7-9 PM at bitHeads, Inc. (http://www.bitheads.com/), located at 1309 Carling Avenue (in the Westgate Shopping Centre), Ottawa, ON K1Z 7L3 Canada.

bitHeads is located on the east side of the shopping centre, facing Island Park Drive and the Royal Ottawa Hospital. The bitHeads entrance is on the outside of the building next door to Pet Smart and Blockbusters.

Note: Please arrive 5-10 minutes earlier to allow for registering.

The meeting fee is $5 for non-members and free for CapCHI members ($10 for the remainder of the season). Membership is for the session period (September 2007-August 2008) - anyone can join!
