Job description
Employees in this role possess the skills needed to design, develop, evaluate and deliver the user experience for software products. The product user experience may include product packaging, user interfaces, websites, and other customer collateral and includes tasks from across the product life-cycle, from initial product familiarization through product support and upgrade. The goal of the UX Professional is to enhance the users’ product experience by meeting their business needs and goals while minimizing the potential for errors.
Candidate should have experience in User Interface Design and User Research methods. Candidate will work with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and validate desktop and web-based User Interfaces and User Experiences for end-to-end, integrated software development solutions. Candidate will coordinate and execute UX activities throughout the software development life cycle. Candidate should have a proven record of delivering high quality UX deliverables in an multi-disciplinary, agile development environment.

- Basic knowledge in Apply Knowledge of Software Development Cycle
- Basic knowledge in Develop User Interface Concepts
- Basic knowledge in Apply Knowledge of Human-Computer Interaction
- Basic knowledge in Design Mock-ups and Prototypes
- Basic knowledge in Apply Knowledge of Usability and UX to Design
- Basic knowledge in Web technologies including AJAX, Visual Studio .Net, HTML, DHTML, XML, and CSS a plus
- English: Fluent
