Learn how to apply best-practices in contextual navigation strategies to increase productivity, conversions and engagement.
Gord Hopkins, from Neo Insight (Customer Carewords partner with Gerry McGovern), will discuss how a well-designed, context-sensitive navigation scheme can help customers quickly accomplish their tasks. Customer Carewords and Top Task Management techniques are used to optimize the navigation and the Task Performance Indicator allows managers to measure and continuously improve task performance.
This presentation is being put on in conjunction with World Usability Day. In keeping with the World Usability Day theme of Transportation, several examples will be drawn from that industry.
