Date: January 15th 2008

This announcement from Alain Désilets might be of interest to people interested in user experience and agile development methods.

Some of you are interested in how to blend User Experience techniques with Agile practices in order to better determine the Right Thing to Build.

At the Agile 2008 conference, which will be held in Toronto August 2008, there will be a track on this very topic. Details on this page (go down to the User Experience section):

http://agile2008.org/participate.html

If you have something to say about this topic, I cordially invite you submit something. Note that this year, the Agile conference is using a brand new paradigm which is different from the traditional rigid format of typical academic conferences. They are using a much more lightweight, iterative approach where people can submit early drafts of what they want to present, then get early feedback.
