Front End UI/UX Developer – InGenius Software

Organization: InGenius Software

Location: Ottawa, Canada Area

Job description

You are a senior UI/UX developer with at least 7 years of experience (or very freaking smart). Both form (UI) and function (how it’s used) are equally important in the creation of our web applications that are used for real-time user engagement. Not only can you layout the UI, you can build it, and work with a team to realize your vision.

Nothing excites you more than tackling hard technical challenges.

You love learning new things.

You’re a team player.

You speak Typescript/JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and are familiar with AngularJS, React, Bootstrap and responsive design. You have a good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX. You have scars to show from working around cross-browser compatibility issues.

You have a Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Additional assets:

  • Knowledge of any of: Gulp, WebPack, TeamCity, Scrum/Agile methodologies, Azure, AWS, Heroku, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365
  • Full stack development experience.

Please note that you must be legally entitled to work in Canada, and candidates should be able to provide a portfolio featuring examples of their UI/UX work during the interview process.

If this describes you then please apply by sending a cover letter and resume to careers@ingenius.com.
